Before publication all pages are checked with the validation service of the World
Wide Web Consortium to comply with HTML specification 4.01. The graphical styling
as been almost exclusively achieved using CSS.
In old browsers CSS support is often broken so that links may not work and sometimes the pages are rendered unreadable (because of overlapping text etc.). If you encounter problems of this type, please turn off CSS support in your browser. In this case you will receive a simple rendering of the pages using the default settings of your browser with the advantage of being able to see and to access all information available.
